We understand life happens. If you need to reschedule your booking, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance via phone, text, or email. Changes made with more than 24 hours’ notice are free of charge. However, missed appointments or cancellations within 24 hours will incur the full cost of the booking. The cancellation fee recovers the energy expended preparing for the confirmed booking. It also covers the time that was reserved for the booking, which could have been allocated to someone else.
